Watch out UFC. Strikeforce is on the prowl for the top contenders in MMA and Marius Zaromskis just lit up their roster. Sherdog got word that DREAM welterweight champion, Marius Zaromskis has inked a multi-fight contract with the promotion.

The 29 year old Lithuanian is coming off a 5 fight win streak in DREAM and plans to make his Strikeforce debut as early as December 19 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California. Marius Zaromskis will still compete in Japan’s DREAM organization as part of Strikeforce-DREAM newly formed alliance.

With the new addition to the Strikeforce welterweight roster, Zaromskis becomes likely competition for fighters such as Jake Shields, Nick Diaz, and Jay Hieron.
