UFC 107 is this Saturday, December 12th, and apparently Diego Sanchez has taken over video blog duties for UFC President Dana White.   Props to Diego who actually holds his own in this series and provides a fairly in-depth behind the scenes look at his preparation, both in and out of the gym, for his upcoming fight against BJ Penn.
